How to Help Your Clients Move Financially Forward in Reverse, Reverse Mortgage Educators, Inc

Reverse mortgages can be complicated... and explaining it to clients can prove to be a daunting task. However, this presentation offers great insight and provide advisors specific details of how their clients can conservatively use a reverse mortgage as part of an overall responsible retirement plan. Details include how establishing a line of credit or monthly withdrawals against home equity can actually help to supplement or even delay the drawing down of an investment portfolio or social security benefits; pay for long term care issues; lock in wealth; and possibly fund a financial legacy prior to death.
Further discussion points will cover recent major changes made to the program by HUD and an overall breakdown of the available programs, qualifications, expenses, expectations, administration and repayment.
