Reservations for the meetings must be made in writing and cannot be taken over the phone. You can either print the reservation form and fax it
to the office or register online. All meetings are held the third Wednesday of every month, unless otherwise noted. Cancellations must be made 72 hours
in advance to avoid being charged.

| Program Description: | As service professionals and FPALA members, you are technically proficient and successful in your industry. But entering the world of media interviews requires a new suite of skills, in order to be successful.
Deborah Shames and David Booth of Eloqui will provide media training that ensures you will be able to:
- Hone your message so that it is concise and memorable
- Deliver your talking points and differentiators
- Rehearse and role play to field any question (including hostile, combative or uninformed interviewers)
- Be perceived as the “go to” person in your industry
- Understand the studio environment to feel comfortable with the experience,
- Select wardrobe for impression management, and apply makeup for studio lighting.

Speaker's bio(s):
Deborah Shames Principal, Eloqui Deborah Shames directed over 60 award-winning corporate and feature films, television programs and documentaries. She was also a producer for 4 years at the PBS station in Chicago.
David Booth Principal, Eloqui David Booth narrated over 200 corporate films and was a guest star on major television series, such as The Practice and Gilmore Girls.
